Based in Weybridge KT13 for easy collection (10 mins from A3, 5 mins J11 M25, 30 mins from Waterloo, between Gatwick & Heathrow). If you can't collect, we can deliver and we can even pack for you. Just tell us what you need.

Quality Boxes
We only use Bike Box Alan boxes - the best on the market. These boxes are tough, reliable and easy to pack, with many videos available to show you how to do it.
We have a large fleet with 3 Premium and
5 of the Triathlon Aero Easyfit.

Our boxes are clean, carefully stored and well maintained. Wheels and hinges are oiled, rivets are tested and replaced in house.
Packing
We have lots of packing tips on this site and if required, we can pack your bike for you (small charge applies).
We have packed for people on their way to the airport and last minute at their homes.
We provide nitrate gloves for cleaner packing, along with additional packing materials like bubble wrap, pipe lagging and zip ties. We also provide disc spacers and quik lock skewers for attaching wheels to the wheel space in the premium box.
Flexibility
You can collect early or late. We can pack for you or we can deliver. If possible we give you a few extra days free at the start of your rental period so you can calmly pack your bike up ahead of travel.

​We also offer a free 48hr 'trial pack' option (deposit & ID required) so you can test pack your bike if you aren't sure whether to book Premium or Easyfit or just want to be confident you can pack and rebuild.

​​​Not sure which box you need ?

For the smaller Premium box you need to remove your handlebars, wheels & pedals. Takes 10-20 mins depending on technical ability.
​
For the Easyfit, you can leave handlebar on (ideal for newer bikes with integrated stems or those with aero bars) it's just wheels off, pedals off and you are done. 5-10 mins maximum. These are a bit more expensive but are becoming more popular because it is so easy.
