To rent a box

To rent a box fill out the contact us form and we will get back to you ASAP. Remember to include your hire dates and if you will pick up or need us to deliver. For the Triathlon Easy Fit let us know - these get booked up well in advance for key event dates. If you are in a hurry, send a WhatsApp to 07739 935422.

Pricing

We quote each rental based on availability and duration, taking into account any drop off and pick up dates around your booking. As a guide a 5 day premium box rental (which is our minimum) is £35.00. The Triathlon Easy Fit costs more.

Deposit and Hire Contract

To confirm your booking you will need to pay the rental and a £100 deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is made. We take payment by bank transfer, cash or paypal. Your deposit is held and refunded upon box return.

 

A few days before hire, we arrange collection or delivery as you chose.

If possible, we'll give you the option of a few days extra (free) at the start

so you can calmly pack your bike up. On box handover we need to photograph

a valid Photo ID (passport/ driving license) and proof of address.

 

Conditions of hire: 

You will receive a copy of our hire agreement terms and conditions at the time of booking.

By booking you are agreeing to these reasonable terms which amount to -

 

You are responsible for the bike box during its hire and for returning/making it available for collection at the end of the hire period.

General wear and tear is anticipated when you use the bike box so don't worry about scuffs & dinks. These are tough boxes.

If unfortunately the bike box is stolen while you are away, declared lost in transit or not returned then the cost of a replacement bike box will be sought (check your travel insurance - it should cover it)
